How it works
How to order a lot?
Sigh in to your account at Tea4b. Choose the lot you like and amount of tea to order. Check price and conditions, if fine, press «Purchase lot». We send proforma invoice and contact you for arranging delivery.
How does the delivery work?
It depends on the destination and valume. For smaller orders, we use regular air mail or express mail services . Larger tea lots shipped by airfreight or sea container. We confirm with the customer which way of shipping is preferred.
How to pay for a lot?
Place an order and our client service will reach you to confirm the delivery option you prefer. After that you will receive a commercial invoice. Payment can be made by card on Tea4b website or by bank wire.
What document will I receive?
Tea regulations vary among countries, so we find a better way for every order. Our team will do their best to provide you with necessary documents. Certificate of origin, invoice, sales contract, phytosanitary certificate etc.
Can I get some sample?
It depends on lot terms, some have sample option and others don’t. Samples and shipping are charging. As producers are verified, you may keep your records of their tea lots to know what is best to buy.
